•   All “ready made” artwork must be paid in full before it is delivered/shipped. 
  • All custom artwork requires a nonrefundable payment of half the selling price before commencement of artwork begins.
  •  After I have completed your custom artwork I will send you a digital photo of the artwork for your approval.
  • Upon approval, the remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Once full payment has been received, I will deliver your artwork to you in a timely manner.
  • Payments must be in the form of cash, check, or money order.
  • Make checks and money orders payable to Betsy Finklea.
***We will discuss delivery options prior to the delivery of your artwork. 

Acceptance of the work: 

If you  are not satisfied with the completed artwork, I shall make reasonable changes in a good faith effort to satisfy your objections. If, following such changes, you do not wish to purchase the work, I shall keep your deposit and shall retain ownership of the artwork.
